Most brands at this size run on a spreadsheet that gets updated on the 5th, is usually a bit wrong, and never answers the only question that matters: what did we actually make?
What your best seller makes per unit after ad cost. It is often negative, and neither Shopify nor your ad platform will ever show it to you. You have to join the two.
How a 70k € a month brand tracked profit before. Updated monthly, by hand, on a Sunday. Replaced by one screen that refreshes itself at 6am.
Every dashboard ends with one written call for the month, in plain words. A number without a decision attached is just decoration.
Three sample dashboards for three kinds of online business. Same template, different questions, same seven days.
Sample builds use demo data and illustrative brand names. Client dashboards are confidential; testimonials appear here with permission.
Dashboards get ignored after week three. The note is what keeps them useful. On the 1st of each month you get a short written read of the numbers, in plain words, with one recommendation. Most clients say this is where the money is.
You spend about an hour in total. The rest happens on my side.
A 20-minute call or a 5-question form. We confirm the views you need and who sees the dashboard.
Read-only access to Shopify, your ad accounts and a cost sheet. A checklist shows exactly where to click.
Built from a proven template. You get a first-look video on day 4, rough edges and all.
One round of changes. Rename a metric, swap a view, change a threshold.
A 5-minute walkthrough video and a one-page guide to reading it. Then 30 days of support.
No hourly billing and no surprises. If you need something outside the scope, you get a quote before I touch it.
The live profit dashboard above. One fixed scope, seven days, built for e-commerce and online-service brands doing 15k to 150k € a month.
Available nowReconciling years of orders, refunds and ad exports into one clean history you can trust.
Coming laterBoard-style monthly packs and cash forecasts built on top of your dashboard.
Coming laterAbout an hour in total. A short kickoff, granting read-only access to a few tools (I send a checklist), a cost sheet, and one round of feedback. Everything else is on my side.
Shopify or WooCommerce, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads, Stripe, Klaviyo and Google Sheets are all standard. If you use something else, ask. Most tools with an export or an API can be joined.
Yes. Access is read-only, it is used only for your dashboard, and it is never shared. The agreement includes a confidentiality clause and I sign a data-processing addendum if you need one under GDPR. When we stop working together, you revoke access and I delete any copies.
They never do. Meta counts the sale, Shopify subtracts the refund, Google attributes differently. Part of the build is reconciling those so the dashboard shows one number you can trust, with a note explaining the gap.
No. The dashboard works on its own. The review is for owners who want someone to read the numbers for them each month and say what to do. Most clients take it, but it is optional and you can stop any month.
In Looker Studio by default, which is free and works with your Google account. It stays yours after the build. Power BI is possible if you already pay for Microsoft.
"Before, I ... Now, I ... The thing I didn't expect was ..."

A 20-minute call: what you track now, what you can't see, and whether a dashboard would change a decision this month. No pitch and nothing to prepare.
